Stop binning your profit.

Stock & food safety support for cafés, takeaways, restaurants and food shops across North London. I help you cut waste and stay ready for your next FSA inspection.

Why ShelfSafe

Most small food businesses lose money they can't see.

It goes in the bin, sits on the shelves and disappears in wasted time. Waste is more than food in the bin. It's extra stock, lost time and wasted space. I help owners spot it and cut it with simple steps.

Less waste, smarter ordering

Know what to buy, how much to keep and when to reorder.

About

Hi, I'm Sam Ouattara.

I spent 22 years running food and drink warehouse operations for a major UK operator: temperature-controlled stock, stock rotation, supplier deliveries and teams of up to 24 people. I also trained and assessed warehouse staff to NVQ level.

Now I bring that experience to independent food businesses across North London, as a fresh pair of eyes that asks: why is it done this way, and could it be simpler?
